Return Instructions

We are dedicated to provide you with the best experience with our products and services. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to return the order within 30 days from the date you placed the order for a full refund of the purchase price.

 Following charges are not refundable:

  • Shipping and Handling costs
  • Custom designed Make Your Own such as a “Gift Bask It!” is not returnable or exchangeable.
  • “Gift Wrap It” and “Gift Notes” message costs are not refundable or exchangeable.
  • Any other additional charges.

Steps for returning through Mail

  • The item should be securely packed in the original package if possible
  • The products must be returned in an acceptable condition with the invoice or the confirmation email or a copy of the online purchase receipt displayed during checkout
  • Return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • It is recommended that you use Insured Parcel Post for your return.
  • Keep the Tracking Number of your package to ensure that the package has been delivered to us.
  • The refund of your purchase price can be expected within 30 days after the product is received by us. Please refer above to get the details of the charges that are not refundable.
  • Please note that we only accept returns for items purchased at our online store.

Return Rules

  • If any of the items you ordered are missing or if there is any form of damage to the items you received, please call immediately to 0845 0944 326.
  • All items purchased at our online store are not refundable at any of our Olivier Boutiques.
  • Please expect a refund within 30 days after the items have been received by us. Please check “Return Instructions” for charges that are not refundable.

Missing or damaged Item

If you receive your package that contains missing or damaged items, please call our Customer Service department at 0845 0944 326 immediately. Please be advised that you contact us before returning the item. If any items are missing we will send you the missing items at the earliest. If the received items that are damaged or items that are different from your ordered items we will reimburse you with the shipping charges.

In order to serve you better, please make sure you have the following details before you call us:

  • Order number
  • Items missing or in corrrect
  • Detailed description of the type of damage

Credit

All refunds are usually made within 30 days of receiving the returned product. Shipping charges are only refundable if the received items are damaged in any form or are different from the ordered items.
