How to Shop

Steps for shopping at our website:

Browse and buy: Browse through our various categories using the navigation on the left or at the bottom of the home page.
Use the Search box to find the item you are looking for: Simply enter the category of the product or the product name.

Shopping Cart

Once you see an item that you would like, click on the picture to see more details about the item. If you like to purchase the item, simply click on "Add to Cart". You will automatically be taken to your shopping cart were you can see the contents of your cart. You can Continue Shopping to add more items to your cart.
You can use the “Update” Button to recalculate the price of the contents in your shopping cart after you make changes to the number of the selected items.
You can review the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the Shopping Cart icon at the top right of the page. From your shopping cart you can click on “Gift Wrap it!" to add a gift wrap to an item, or to make your own gift basket.
You can also personalize your gift by adding a personalized Gift Note for the person you are sending the gift to. Go to your shopping cart and simply click on "Add Note". Click here to find out more about our Gift Wrap It!
If you do not see the shopping cart icon is implies that your shopping cart is empty.

Check Out

Checking out is fast and easy. Just go to your shopping cart and click on the "Check Out" button.

You will be guided through the following steps:

Shipping & Billing
Order Summary & Credit Card Information
Review your order
Finally click on the "Complete Purchase" button to complete the purchase.

During your shopping you can see the items in your shopping cart at the top right hand corner of the page. At any time you can click on Shopping Cart icon to proceed to the Check Out process.

Remember, from the Shopping Cart you can add a message to your gift, or click on the "Gift Wrap It!" button, if you would like to wrap your items, or Make your own Gift Basket before checking out.

Shipping & Billing

Provide your billing and shipping addresses, and let us know the delivery method –Insured Ground Delivery or Express. Provide us your payment information and click on Continue Check Out to view your order summary. You have the option to ship individual items in your shopping cart to more than one address.

Order Summary

Now you can view your entire Order in detail, delivery and billing information. Enter your payment and credit card information, and click on the "Complete Purchase" button and your order is complete.

Gift Options

You can always go to "The Shop Online Gift Centre" for great gift ideas or you can personalize your gifts with Gift Wrap It! by choosing from our selection of gift-wrap, adding a personalized Gift Note or Gift Bask It! with the items in your cart icon.

To go to the Gift Wrap It! simply go to your “Shopping Cart” icon and click on the "Gift Wrap It!" button. Or simply go to the "The Shop Online Gift Centre" where you can click on Gift Wrap It!

If you would like to delete, change or add any gift options such as Gift Wrap It!, a personalized Gift Note or Gift Bask It!, go to the "The Shop Online Gift Centre" and make your changes there.

Canceling an Order

Once you have fully completed the Checkout process and you clicked on "Complete Purchase" you cannot cancel the order.

To remove any item from your shopping cart click on "Delete" next to the item. If you would like to empty your shopping cart completely click on "Delete All".
