Emails about your order

Order Confirmation:

Once you have placed the order you will receive an email confirming your order. This email confirms that we have received your order and also includes your order number. Please keep this email in your record for future references.

Notice about your order:

You will receive this email when there is a difficulty in processing your order which happens in rare occasions and will include one of the  the following in the subject of the email:

• Not a valid address
• Problems with processing payment information
• Duplicate order
• Cancellation of order
• Items not available

Please follow the steps mentioned in the email to help us to process your order under the given circumstance.

Tracking your order

Almost every package that is shipped from our distribution center contains tracking links. Orders placed on our website may be delivered by one of several different carriers. Therefore, tracking availability varies depending on the carrier and the shipping method that you have selected during the checkout process. In rare instances orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package.

In order to obtain the tracking number or information regarding the status of your order you can email us at info@oliviersoaps.co.uk or call one of our Customer Service specialists at 0845 0944 326. Please be advised that you need to wait 72 hours before you send us inquiry regarding your order, because in most cases, this is the time period required by the carrier’s tracking system to update the tracking link of your package.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive a notice regarding your order via e-mail, which will explain the reason for the cancellation and step by step procedure as to what you should do under the given circumstance. Under no circumstances you will be billed for cancelled items.
