Process for Charitable Request

Kindly write your request on your organization's letterhead. The following information should be included in your letter:

•  Address

•  Phone Number

•  Email Address

•  Date of the Event

•  Detailed description of the Event

•  Purpose of the Event

•  Location of the Event

•  In what areas can we help  

Request must be sent at least 3 weeks before the activity to by mail, e-mail or fax to:
